Here are some select scenes I’ve edited for ABC’s “Abbott Elementary” where I’ve been an assistant editor / editor since the pilot eposide.
Cold open for episode 513 “CANDYGRAMS” I LOVE this cold open, and this take of the stranger “No, I’m a man, man” was brilliant. This was my solo episode of season 5.
Another scene from 513 “CANDYGRAMS” This might be one of my favorite scenes from all of the series. When it dawns on Janine she would not be 100% responsible for the rent, it just does not compute!
Probably my favorite cold open so far, it was super fun cutting this Wild Wild West line dance for 402 “RINGWORM”. I did NOT cut the entire episode.
I got to cut the end tag for episode 404 “COSTUME CONTEST” where Ava fights some of the students in the street. She’s BLADE B***H!
SPOILER ALERT! This scene contains a major series plot point. This is from my first solo episode for Abbott Elementary; 414 “Disterict Budget Meeting.” This was also my editor, Richie Edelson’s directorial debut!
Another great moment from 414 “Disterict Budget Meeting.” The entire part with the Nickelodeon characters was added while shooting and this was the only take.

COMMERCIALS
Some samples of work from my advertising days. I was the lead editor at an advertising agancy that did mostly “Direct Advertising.” Those are the commercials you see where the CTA asks you to call a phone number or go to a website. It was sometimes a lot of fun, and some of my spots were made fun of on The Daily Show and SNL! That’s when you know you’ve made it!

3D WORK
Most of my 3D work has been for personal projects. I used to model in Maya, but have switched to Blender 3D. So most of the below work was done in Blender, supported by After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
